Status: Exempt; Full time. This position is included in a union-represented collective bargaining unit; specific employment terms and conditions are subject to labor-management negotiations and a potential Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Position Summary
The Hub Project is looking to add a mission-driven Project Manager to add to our paid media team. The Project Manager will work with The Hub’s paid media team to execute innovative, strategic, and effective paid media programs for our campaigns that hold elected officials accountable for delivering for their constituents. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the program’s internal teams and external media vendors to facilitate the development, production, creative feedback process, and release of our paid media efforts.
As Project Manager, you’ll
Manage external paid media vendors and consultants (such as TV, direct mail, digital) to execute successful, integrated paid media campaigns across media channels. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track and manage creative approvals processes for paid campaigns and products. Work with the Finance team and external vendors to ensure that paid media invoices are accurate, paid on time, and in alignment with overall paid media plans. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and strong messaging across all of our ads. Keep a pulse on the latest trends and best practices for paid media and find innovative ways to integrate them into our campaigns. Perform other duties as assigned. About you
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for 1-2 years spent on a political campaign, within an advocacy organization, or at a public affairs or media firm. Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 120 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are eligible for 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment.
