The Metropolitan Council is the regional planning agency for the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area providing essential services to our region: transportation, wastewater collection and treatment, growth and development of local communities, affordable housing programs, and regional park systems.
This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking.
This position will provide work direction, coaching, and supervision to their Talent Management team. Will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle of fast paced high-volume recruitments, streamlining HR operations, and ensuring that HR practices align with business objectives, thereby creating a seamless experience for applicants and hiring managers.
Salary Range: $101,774.40 - $165,152.00 Annually
Requirements
Any of the following combinations in completed education (degree field of study in Human Resources or related field) and experience in recruitment and selection and federal and state employment laws:
--High school diploma/GED with ten years of experience including three years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or lead worker role
--Associate degree with eight years of experience including three years of experience in a manager, supervisor, or lead worker role
--Bachelor's or higher degree with six years of experience including three years of experience in a manager, supervisor, or lead worker role
