- Donor Stewardship Associate
Description
Job Summary: This full-time position will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. These tasks will include providing support for Wings fundraising as well as committees and assisting with the daily office needs as needed.

Responsibilities:
Donor Operations:
- Manage donor software, including data entry and relevant reporting
- Process daily imports into database (Go Fund Me {formerly Classy} and Virtuous, as well as create gift imports from weekly mail processing)
- Maintain “monthly donor” lists and manage/document annual stewardship touches
- Create weekly reports for Development Director and Executive Director
- Track and report on stewardship activities and donor engagement metrics
- Pull reports for Development team and ED to target and market donors
Donor Stewardship:
- Ensure timely and meaningful acknowledgment of gifts (thank-you notes and other forms of recognition/stewardship)
- Document stewardship in donor database.
- Build and execute new ways to steward donors (videos, letters, gifts, swag, etc.)
- Work with the Development Director on the stewardship budget
- Recruit and develop volunteer groups
- Responsible for timely and responsive communication and follow up with donors as needed
Wings Fundraising Events:
- Provide support and organization to fundraising and donor stewardship events
- Attend relevant meetings [sometimes during evenings and on weekends]
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Passion for individuals with developmental disabilities
-Non-Profit experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment (computers and printers)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with donor databases/CRM systems preferred OR the ability to learn Wings donor software (Go Fund Me, Classy Live, and Virtuous)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High level of initiative – self starter
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills - preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage projects from creation to completion and follow up

- Meet physical requirements to safely perform assigned duties
Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
