Description
Josh Elliott is building a grassroots, people-powered campaign for Connecticut Governor. Josh is a Hamden small business owner, fifth-term Democratic State Representative, and Deputy Speaker of the Connecticut House. Core responsibilities
- Drive execution of integrated campaign strategy across communications, field, and fundraising; track campaign goals and metrics
- Own and manage high-level political relationships, including local party leaders, delegates, elected officials, coalition partners, and other stakeholders
- Manage, develop, and coach campaign staff
- Oversee campaign budget and spending, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Oversee candidate scheduling
- Help build and scale field infrastructure and systems to support voter contact goals
- Support high-level fundraising, including call time and donor cultivation
- Expand earned media opportunities in coordination with communications team
- Lead rapid response and problem-solving across campaign operations

Compensation: This is a contract position with pay starting at $10,000 per month.
