The Otter Project, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rapid recovery of the threatened California sea otter through science-based policy and advocacy. Programs include habitat, oil, and water quality. Tools used include traditional policy advocacy, legal advocacy, collection and presentation of data and scientific information, and partnerships with like minded organizations and volunteers.
