We offer personalized residential care, innovative behavioral therapies, and meaningful community engagement, where we help to build lives of purpose, dignity, and joy.

Company History

In February 2013, the lives of 51 adults with intellectual disabilities were suddenly upended when they learned the agency providing their homes and essential services would close.

In a remarkable act of courage and commitment, families stepped forward to ensure their loved ones would not lose the care and stability they depended on. Together, they created Journey Found with one purpose: to continue providing high-quality, compassionate support without interruption.

For more than a decade, Journey Found has taken pride in offering person-centered residential and behavioral services for adults with Autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Our dedicated team of caregivers and Clinical Behavioral Specialists (BCBAs) provides 24/7 support across group homes, independent living options, and community-based programs.

Today, we serve individuals throughout North Central and Southeastern Connecticut, helping each person build independence, experience meaningful community connections, and live a life filled with purpose and dignity.
