Hunter’s Creek is located in the southwest corner of Orange County less than fourteen miles from all of the major Orlando theme parks and the Orlando International Airport. Approved by the County in December of 1983, the first homeowner moved into Hunter’s Creek in October of 1986. Hunter’s Creek is comprised of 8,863 housing units consisting of thirty five single family neighborhoods, seven apartment communities, four condominium properties and one townhome neighborhood. Hunter’s Creek, home to almost 25,000 residents, was chosen as the “21st Best Place to Live in America” in September 2011 by CNN’s Money Magazine.
