Company Overview
Forest Park Main Street works with an Executive Director and a Volunteer Board of Directors consisting of business people and residents. Each of the Board of Directors then serve on one of the four committees: Economic Restructuring, Organization, Design and Promotion. A yearly work-plan and budget is developed to steer the activity of the committees.
On-going Main Street activities such as Volunteer and Sponsor Appreciation Night, Progressive Dinner, Forest Park Preservation Week, Facade and Retail Rehab Grant and Low-Interest Loan Programs focus on establishing partnerships between the business community, residents and the Village on the revitalization process. Efforts have resulted in building improvements, business development, increased visitation to downtown establishments and a growing sense of pride within the community.

Company History
Forest Park Main Street Redevelopment Association was founded in 1993. It is a collaboration of business and property owners, concerned citizens, and local government working together to promote economic strength and community pride in Forest Park.
In cooperation with the Village of Forest Park and the Forest Park Chamber of Commerce, its purpose is to develop and implement a comprehensive, preservation-based economic development strategy for Madison St.
