Company Overview
Emergency Shelter Program, Inc. has operated a shelter in the Hayward area since 1972. We are a 40-bed facility for women and children who are victims of domestic violence and/or homelessness. The DV population is 65-70% of our client base. Fifth-teen years ago we opened A Special Place Child Care Center to help meet the needs of 41-infants and pre-schoolers with quality and affordable child care.
