In this dynamic position, you’ll help move money that matters — processing grants and scholarships, supporting fundraising campaigns, and keeping the data that drives donor relationships accurate and insightful. What You’ll Do: Finance

• Process grant and scholarship payments and craft award letters that deliver great news to recipients.
• Help protect the Foundation’s assets using online banking tools, positive pay file management, and cash flow tracking.
• Review and post donations and support ACH payments to grantees and vendors.
• Pitch in on day-to-day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

What You’ll Do: Development

• Be the steward of our donor data — maintaining Foundant/CSuite records, entering gifts, and sending timely acknowledgements that make donors feel valued.
• Turn data into strategy by generating gift reports, donor recognition lists, pledge reports, and targeted mailing lists.
• Support exciting campaigns, prospect research, and donor acquisition initiatives.
• Assist the team in bringing fundraising and cultivation events to life.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) plus experience with accounting or development software.
• A knack for juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, people-first attitude.
• Genuine enthusiasm for serving donors, grantees, and scholarship recipients.
