LEAF cultivates youth leaders from diverse backgrounds through meaningful work in the food system. At the heart of our program is the belief that youth can drive real change in themselves and their communities when given the tools, trust, and opportunities to lead. At LEAF, we believe young people grow through real responsibility, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to contribute to something larger than themselves. Our work combines high standards, hands-on learning, and a deep commitment to sustainability, for both people and the organization itself.
Position Overview
LEAF is seeking a highly organized, thoughtful, and collaborative Grants & Operations Manager to help strengthen the organizational systems that support our mission, staff team, and daily work.
