Description

The position is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the overall management of the state Montana CASA/GAL Association (MTCASA) business office.  

Requirements

Core Services
1.    Producing and disseminating MTCASA communications and marketing including digital newsletters, website management, social media posts and advertising, public service announcements, local casa/gal program and stakeholder communications and general correspondence.  
2.    Community interactions and public relations.
3.    Provide MTCASA Board of Directors, Committees and Legislative Task Force administrative support.
4.    Event planning and coordination.
5.    Assist in the development of local casa/gal program training and education programming.
6.    Provide services to local casa/gal programs.
7.    Data collection.
