We are seeking a People Experience Generalist to join our team. 

Starting Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (Salary)

We are seeking a People Experience Generalist to join our team. Your role will perform human resources-related duties at the professional level, while mainly responsible for team member relations and general HR operations, you will also support in some or all the following functional areas: compensation, benefits, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.  As a member of the People Experience Team, you will work with 12 other team members and report to our Senior Manager of People Experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Employee Relations & Support: Serves as a point of contact for employee relations matters by supporting the resolution of workplace concerns, advising on policy interpretation, assisting with investigations, and promoting a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
• Compliance & Records Management: Maintains accurate employee records, processes employment changes, conducts audits, supports required filings, and responds to employment verifications and unemployment requests in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• General HR Operations: Assists with policy implementation, new hire orientation, compensation analysis, job description updates, personnel issue resolution, and various HR programs and initiatives supporting team member engagement and retention.
• Strategic HR Support & Continuous Improvement: Contributes to departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives, participates in committees and planning processes, and ensures alignment with diversity, inclusion, and compliance standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the HR field and the following:

• High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
