The Young Alumni Officer (YA Officer) will work as part of the Leadership Annual Giving team and will be responsible for connecting the passion and loyalty of Villanova's young alumni with the strategic and philanthropic priorities of the University. The YA Officer will effectively manage a portfolio of current and prospective young alumni donors and will be accountable for meeting monthly and annual goals for visits, solicitations and dollars raised. In addition, the YA Officer will take the lead on managing the Young Alumni Campaign Committee, working in close partnership with the Executive Director of Annual Giving. The YA Officer will also serve as a liaison to the University's Young Alumni Advisory Council in collaboration with the Annual Giving and Alumni Relations teams. The Young Alumni Officer will collaborate within the Annual Giving team to advise on solicitation and stewardship strategies for Villanova's President's Club Associates giving society, with the goal of growing annual membership totals. The Young Alumni Officer will report to the Director of Development and contribute to a fast-paced, highly collaborative Annual Giving Team dynamic team to meet our professional goals. | Salary Posting Information: | This position falls within salaried grade 14 and the range for this position is $57,200-71,500. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate's qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity. |
