This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Corporate Strategy, Legal, HR, and more to drive performance, strengthen operating cadence, and deliver outcomes on the President's top priorities. Success requires excellent judgment, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence.

- Translate the President's priorities into clear workplans, decision points, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as growth strategy, operating model refinement, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement plans, and strategic planning cycles.
Executive Operating Cadence & Business Performance
- Drive the rhythm of the business: leadership meetings, operating reviews, QBRs, KPI dashboards, and executive communications.
- Build and maintain performance reporting that surfaces insights, risks, and opportunities; ensure leaders have the information needed to make timely decisions.
- Track commitments and follow-through across leaders; remove blockers and escalate issues appropriately.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
- Develop executive-level materials (slides, briefs, recommendations, meeting notes, narratives) that are concise, data-driven, and decision-oriented.
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment across senior leaders; ensure messaging is consistent and decisions are clearly communicated.
- Represent the President in working sessions as appropriate to advance initiatives and keep teams aligned.
Special Projects & Problem Solving
- Lead sensitive or high-impact special projects on behalf of the President (e.g., partner escalations, strategic accounts, complex transitions, new business opportunities).
- Conduct structured analysis—market, financial, operational, or organizational—to inform recommendations and tradeoffs.
Qualifications
- Progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent), strategic operations, business operations, or a related field.
- Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional executive communication skills—able to synthesize quickly and create clear, compelling narratives.
- Highly analytical with comfort using data to inform strategy and decisions; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority; strong stakeholder management and judgment.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through.
