ARMI provides wrap-around commercialization services to companies seeking to bring life-saving regenerative technologies to patients, as well as to innovators seeking to commercialize enabling technologies that will grow the industry's impact.
The Impact That You Will Make:
The Program Account Manager is critical to ARMI BioFabUSA and its Members' success. This role balances external engagement with internal coordination, actively connecting with the BioFabUSA membership community. It is a cross-functional position that oversees our membership portfolio, which includes industry, academic, government, and non-profit stakeholders participating in a nationwide effort to advance the Nation's bioeconomy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Engagement, you will serve as a primary point of contact for Institute Members and be responsible for delivering meaningful value across the BioFabUSA membership. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with technical, regulatory/quality, finance, commercial, clinical, and leadership teams to support a world-class organization and help establish RegenValley as the hub for biofabrication.
Your Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for assigned strategic partners from industry and academia with defined goals and actions to achieve the objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market and organization analysis to identify opportunities where we can create more value for our members.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and understanding of our mission and impact to identify opportunities to increase the value of membership.
- Help attain a high level of retention of strategic members.
- Negotiate and secure membership contributions.
- Manage and maintain a strong portfolio of existing accounts, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to effectively create value for your membership accounts.
- Communicate our mission and value proposition to current and prospective members.
- Track member activities for in-kind commitments for quarterly and annual reports.
- Proactively report on new technologies, processes or services that are developed by members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with a preference for 5 years or comparable demonstrated maturity in roles focused on audience, customer/member engagement, sales, and/or content creation/marketing, e.g., helping to manage complex workstreams and various stakeholders adhering to deadlines and mapping alternatives.
- Strong organizational program/project management expertise; ownership of program/project boards, tracking of milestones/deliverables, database management, and risk registries.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and persuasively on the phone, by email, and in person with members, staff, and the general public.
- Ability to develop and implement engagement strategies that reach various audiences, broaden participation, and build connection and community.
- Excellent computer knowledge: e.g., proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), MS SharePoint and ability to learn new software programs as needed. Experience/familiarity with a CRM database, preferably Salesforce.
