Marin Humane | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | $51.18–$56.87/hr DOE
Do you believe in the power of legacy—and in creating a kinder future for animals? Marin Humane is seeking a Planned Giving Officer to lead and grow our Planned Giving Program and help supporters turn their love for animals into lasting impact.
In this role, you’ll design and steward a thoughtful, donor-centered planned giving program, working closely with loyal supporters, professional advisors, and a collaborative Development team. You’ll be the go-to expert for legacy and estate gifts, guiding donors through meaningful conversations while ensuring their generosity supports Marin Humane’s mission for years to come.
What you’ll do:
- Lead strategy, growth, and marketing for Marin Humane’s Planned Giving Program
- Cultivate and steward Legacy Society and Guardians members through personalized outreach and engagement
- Partner with Development and Marketing teams to raise awareness and inspire legacy giving
- Manage bequests from notification through realization with care, precision, and confidentiality
- Serve as a trusted resource for donors, families, and professional advisors
