- On-Site Assistant Community Manager
Description
Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person, to work full time in the on-site office of a large upscale Homeowners Association, located in the City of Alexandria. Responsibilities include letter and email composition, evening meeting management/attendance, staff and contractor oversight, as well as various other administrative and management tasks.
Requirements
Candidates must have professional oral and written communication skills. Candidates must be physically capable of performing site inspections (indoors and outdoors), requiring walking and documenting observations for follow-up. This community’s site staff team works in a fast-paced environment and a calm demeanor and organized work habits are essential for success. Industry credentials (CAI) and/or a bachelor's degree are a plus, but property management experience is paramount.
