Marin Humane | Part-Time (16–20 hrs/week) | Hybrid | $51.18–$56.87/hr DOE
Do you love turning strong ideas into compelling stories—and securing the funding to bring them to life? Marin Humane is seeking a Grants Manager to lead our grant-seeking efforts and help advance our mission of transforming lives through exceptional animal care, humane education, and advocacy.
This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented grant professional who enjoys collaboration, storytelling, and building lasting relationships with institutional funders. You’ll manage the full grants lifecycle while working closely with program leaders, finance, and a passionate Development team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and grow Marin Humane’s grants program across private, public, corporate, and foundation funders
- Identify new funding opportunities and manage a dynamic grants calendar
- Develop compelling proposals and reports that clearly communicate impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to align funding with program priorities
- Build and steward strong relationships with funders and partners
- Track, report, and ensure compliance for all grant awards
