Overview

Cory Booker for Senate is seeking a Digital Fundraising Director to lead the campaign’s digital fundraising program. This role will be responsible for building and executing a dynamic online fundraising operation that drives grassroots revenue, expands the campaign’s supporter base, and maximizes engagement across email, SMS, and paid acquisition channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, highly organized, and has a strong background in Democratic digital fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

•      Develop and execute the campaign’s comprehensive digital fundraising strategy to meet grassroots revenue goals.
•      Lead day-to-day email and SMS fundraising programs, including content calendars, segmentation, testing, and performance optimization.
•      Oversee paid digital acquisition programs and vendor relationships, managing budgets and scaling high-performing tactics.
•      Draft and supervise persuasive fundraising copy and creative across channels, including rapid-response fundraising around key moments.
•      Manage the campaign’s fundraising infrastructure, including ActBlue, ensuring strong conversion and donor experience.
•      Analyze performance data, work closely with the finance team to refine revenue projections and pacing, and report results to senior leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Significant experience running digital fundraising programs for political campaigns, PACs, or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding grassroots fundraising goals.
• Deep familiarity with Democratic digital fundraising tools and infrastructure, including email platforms, SMS programs, and donation processing systems.
• Exceptional fundraising copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and testing frameworks.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends, especially around major fundraising deadlines.
• Sound political judgment and commitment to Senator Booker’s vision for New Jersey and the country.
