Requirements

What You Bring:

• CPA designation (required) with 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
• Prior Leadership, mentoring and development experience
• Strong GAAP expertise, budgeting, cost control, and financial compliance knowledge
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems and adaptable to evolving processes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Competitive salary: $145,000-$155,000
